GENERAL FAQ
• All items on Fleuraw are non-instocks, they are preorders. After you have made your order and payment, we will order your item(s) from our supplier overseas.
• We place order with our agent on every weekend. Only paid orders made before 6p.m. every Friday will be processed. For orders made after 6p.m, we will only send in the order on next weekend.
• As our goods are sourced internationally, it will take around 15 days (This is an estimation based on our experiences. Delays due to custom inspection might occur.)
• The shipping duration might be affected due to availability of item (i.e. when items need to be restocked by our suppliers). For such cases, we will only mail out your order after all your ordered items have arrived.
• It is possible for orders to run out of stock even after your order is sent in. For such cases, we will contact you with the refund details.
• We will not be responsible for any discrepancies in terms of color values.
• Please only make order after payment is made.
• We will not be responsible for any faults on the item(s) purchased as they are manufactured by the supplier.
• We will not be responsible if measurements provided are not accurate as measurements are provided by our supplier.
• We will not be responsible if our supplier issues out a wrong item. However, we will notify our agent regarding such issues and see if any refund or exchange is possible.
• All items are checked before mailing out. We will only be held responsible if the goods received is non-functional or in a poor condition. In such case, we will notify you on the delay in your order and a replacement will be issued.
PRICING
• All prices stated on Fleuraw are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
• All prices does not include postage fees.
• Please send us your order only after payment has been made.
• Please add postage fees according to the number of items and choice of postage.
Normal postage charges = $1.50 (apparels, accessories), $2.00 (shoes, bags, bulky items).
Every additional item = $0.50 (apparels, accessories), $1.00 (shoes, bags, bulky items).
Registered postage = Add $2.24 on top of the total normal postage fees

• For international orders, please contact us and we will provide you information on the shipping costs.
PAYMENT
• Payment methods: ATM transfer, I-banking transfer, PayPal.
• If paying by ATM transfer, please provide a picture of the receipt.
• If paying by Paypal, please make additional 5% service charge payment.
• For interbank transfers, do allow around 3 working days for us to verify your transaction.
SHIPPING ORDERS
• All orders are shipped from Singapore, via Singpost.
• Self-collection of parcels is currently not available.
• We would not be held responsible for loss/damage of mails via normal postage. Registered postage is highly recommended as tracking is available.

Please refer to www.singpost.com.sg for postage charges. Postage charges are subjected to changes. Details of the recipients would be checked before mailing out.
RETURNS
• Orders are final once payment is made.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless it is a mistake on our part (i.e. wrong item, color, etc).
• If your item is out of stock, we will make a full refund.
